Brianna Groves
Groves Training founder, Brianna Groves, has over 15 years of experience in evaluating, creating, producing, implementing, and assessing training. Brianna Groves has degrees in Applied Technology and Performance Improvement and is currently working on a Masters in Strategic HR Management, focused on Learning and Development, Innovation, and Organization Change Management. She is a CERTIFIED FACILITATOR For Everything DiSC & SL II (her favorite tools to use personally as well as facilitate!)
She spent a lot of time studying industry trends and consumer dynamics, as well as coming up with new and original tactics to help her clients’ products stand out in the marketplace. This worldwide work path has given her a clear vision and a global view of a wide range of cultures. Brianna is well versed in the requirements of her clients and ensures that the best possible solution is easily accessible and easy to understand. The position required a high level of multitasking, resourcefulness, and meticulous attention to detail.
